ABOUT THE ROLE – CUSTOMER ACTIVATION INTERN
Purpose of role: To support the Head of Activation and all of the Activation/Cat Dev team with EPM (Europe Partners Markets) projects.
Top Accountabilities:
- Support next EPM Conference planning
- Extract data and reports as needed, to support preparation for meetings, monthly business reviews and other projects, e.g. A&P analysis and information collection for productivity project
- Prepare monthly reports on execution
- Support Activation Managers and Partners with POSM orders, within and outside order windows. Coordinate EPM POSM production if needed.
- Support implementation of various EPM projects
- Own internal engagement initiatives, e.g. Competition submissions, best practice sharing and external, e.g. Activation c
- ontent collection for partners newsletters
Additional projects and tasks might come up in the coming weeks/months where the new joiner will be asked to support.
ABOUT YOU:
- Fast learner, confident, with appetite to be involved in multiple initiatives.
- Good project-management skills
- Confident to collaborate with multiple partners
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Proficient in English
