1. Go-to-market operator:
Always have the big picture in mind and integrate different resources. Guide the product direction, develop market strategies and go-to-market plans, and mobilize all resources (e.g., channel, retail, and marketing resources) to drive sales growth and rule-based market operations, and create a high-end brand for device products.
2. Sales expert:
Develop omni-channel strategies and plans for selling products, build and expand sales networks, and achieve sales targets. Forge in-depth partnerships with leading global operators, or work with major agents and leading chain dealers, at home and abroad, to drive growth in both sales and market share and achieve success together with partners.
3. Retail expert:
Experience Huawei’s latest technologies and products. Take the lead in consumer experience development, store operation management, and marketing activity planning. Forge strong connections with consumers, and transform retail stores into high-end urban living rooms with a human touch.
4. E-commerce sales and operations expert:
Take the lead in the marketing and sales of all Huawei products in self-operated official e-commerce malls or large Internet e-commerce platforms, at home and abroad, and have the opportunity to lead the development of the international e-commerce industry.
5. Marketing expert:
Develop marketing strategies and plans throughout the product lifecycle, convert marketing activities into sales, facilitate business success, and become an engine that drives business growth.
6. Service elite:
Build an industry-leading service system, deliver superior user experience through standardized, intelligent, and automated service platforms, and drive business success through professional and humane services.
7. Ecosystem participator:
Take the lead in cooperation with global Internet companies and partners regarding Huawei Mobile Services and HarmonyOS ecosystems, and build open and innovative global ecosystem alliances for smart devices that target all scenarios for shared success.
