MAN 2023 Trainee Sales (m/w/d)
Job Purpose/Role
As a seller (m/f/d) of our trucks and services, you will develop new customer groups in your sales area and advise our long-standing commercial vehicle customers on vehicle configuration as well as on economical transport solutions and financing issues. With our vehicles, we offer our customers an attractive and sophisticated product.
We prepare you intensively for this exciting and varied task in a 12-month trainee program. During the first months you will be trained alternating between theory and practice. The remaining months you gain practical experience in the sales area. Subsequently, the assignment as an independent junior sales representative is planned. You complete the training with the “Certified Car Salesman (m/f/d)” certificate, which is recognized in the automotive industry.
Your qualifications
As a qualification for our trainee program, you have an apprenticeship as an automotive salesman (m/f/d) with several years of relevant professional experience or a degree in business administration (ideally with a focus on the automotive industry). You are enthusiastic about automotive technology and have a high affinity for business topics.
We would like trainees (m/f/d) who like to work independently and are not tied to a specific location. You should have organizational skills and convince us with your open and friendly demeanor.
