Apprenticeship qualifications requirements:

Your Role as an apprentice doesn’t limiting only to the list below:

* Does your heart rhythm for our vehicles? So learning from us is a perfect entry into professional life.

* During the 3-years apprenticeship as a car salesman (m/f/d) you are in the midst of the daily business of a Mercedes-Benz branch or car dealership.

* Behind the scenes and in direct contact with customers, you will acquire both detailed specialized knowledge from the automotive company and basic business knowledge.

* You will also use modern means of communication and information technology applications, eg. Computer system etc.

* You will get to know all the business processes during a service visit and during the purchase or sale of a vehicle.

* During your training, you will be a knowledgeable contact person for our customers during missions in spare parts sales, customer service reception and sales support.

* Here you will dig deeper into important professional and personal skills, such as presentation and visualization techniques, communication skills and teamwork.

* You deal with vehicle service products as well as with staff related tasks, with control tools as well as with the bases for account explanations.

* Additional seminars offer even more incentive for your professional practice.
