Job Description:
Totalenergies – SINGAPORE Total Energies is looking for Undergraduate in engineering degree (electrical or mechanical) , preferably in energy or related field to take part in Solar – Project Internship for (6 months) who are motivated and passionate with excellent academic achievement in the fields of Engineering to join the Total Energies Solar – Project Intern for (6 months).
This position reports to Project Manager.
Project Development
•Support the technical team in business development
•Participate in site visits and collect technical information from client and sales team for preliminary design/assessment
•Coordinate technical studies (layouts, yield and load analysis, project costs…) with our internal Engineering Center
•Assist to prepare technical proposals to customers
Project Management
•Assist to coordinate between sales, engineering, client and contractors to prepare projects for execution
•Prepare tenders and evaluate proposals of contractors in accordance with TotalEnergies’ values and rules
•Participate in construction sites inspections for HSE and quality
Corporate development
•Help create and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for projects
•Develop project costs templates and references
•Assistance in documentation work (contract signatures, archiving…)
Candidate profile
- Undergraduate in engineering degree (electrical or mechanical) , preferably in energy or related field
- Strong analytical skills
- High proficiency in English. Knowledge of other languages used in Singapore is a plus.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of engineering and solar specific software (Helioscope, Meteonorm, PVSyst) highly valued.
- Familiarity with HSE, preferably holds Work At Height training certificate
